Q: What region in Poland do you import your items from?
A: We import all of our pottery from Boleslawiec, Poland, the historic town in which Polish pottery originated.

Q: What makes Polish pottery special?
A: All of the items are hand made by artists who truly have a passion for their work.  Each piece of pottery is a unique work of art, as well as functional and durable, creating a special balance of style and functionality.

Q: Is Polish pottery safe in the dishwasher?
A: Polish pottery is dishwasher safe, oven safe (up to 350 degrees), and even microwave safe. 

Shop/Website Questions

Q: Do you take special orders if customers request items?
A: We are always happy to take personal requests from customers.  We are currently keeping a customer request list, so the items can be included in our next shipment! 

Q: Are gift certificates available for your store?
A: Yes, but they can only be purchased in the store.  We do not have gift certificates available online.

Q: Do you offer coupons or have sales at various times of the year?
A: Yes!  If you join our mailing list by going to the "Newsletter" tab on the left-hand side of the screen, we will notify you when we are having various sales.  We will also send you coupons via email!
