Love your designs! So much so that you are cordially invited to join Summerfest 2008 in Fell's Point, Baltimore, an event to be held on August 2, 2008 from 11 AM - 5 PM. It is an awesome philanthropic event where a portion of the proceeds from registration, donations, & a raffle will be donated to Friends of the World Food Programme/World Food Programme that helps to fight world hunger. Become a part of this golden opportunity to showcase your business/talents while having a prime opportunity to make money in beautiful historic Fell’s Point!
A registration fee (see below) will cover the following: ·Promotional flyer advertising as a vendor for Summerfest 2008 ·A tax deductible donation of at least $25 for your business in support of the Friends of the World Food Programme ·Rental space for your event (Vendor must provide own table set-up, canopy set-up, etc…)
Registration Fee Schedule
Walkarounds: (Face painter, clown): $35 per registration Small Booths:(10 x 10 or smaller): $50 per registration Large Booths: (20 x 20): $75 per registration Food vendors: $75 per registration plus $50 food permit that vendor must purchase separately. (Contact info to follow for food vending process. Food permits are not guaranteed).
If you would like to participate as a vendor, just let us know and we’ll forward the registration information with further details. Spaces are limited and so is the registration window, so don’t delay!
